Müggelsee Bike Tour
During my coronavirus pandemic self-isolation I’ve been really missing long days outside. ESPECIALLY now that the weather is getting better. So instead of my usual hikes I’ve taken up a new method of outdoor time: MY BIKE! So the last three weekends I’ve been going on 2-4 hour bike rides at a leisurely pace, and cycled all the way to Müggelsee, southeast of central Berlin, AND BACK a full TWO times. Whew! This route is completely flat apart from 2 bridges, and there are a lot of cycle paths throughout that make it feel really safe for me to ride. Also make sure not to miss the Köpenick Altstadt on the way back, and grab a coffee by the river opposite the Rathaus. It’s a total dream spot! Here’s a pic of the view, and my humble steed.
And this is the route! Click on the link and it will lead to a Komoot tour I created my very self (again, let’s all thank my Dad here for letting me use his account). If you have any problems downloading give me a shout or drop a comment below. Enjoy and stay safe out there amigos! <3
